Each manager needs at least 5 employees taking part, so that answers stay anonymous. Add people to the smaller teams before sending.
Questions
- What is a seat?
- One employee taking part in one survey. You buy seats for a survey and use them as you send it; leftover seats stay available for later. A manager's own self-rating is free.
- Why is there a minimum?
- Results are only shown once enough people respond, so nobody's answers can be singled out. A survey can only be sent for a manager when at least the survey's minimum number of employees take part, and the smallest seat purchase is that minimum.
- Can I add people after the survey starts?
- Yes. Each person you add uses one more seat.
- What currency?
- Prices are in Canadian dollars. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- Refunds?
- No refunds will be issued for non-responding participants.
